Crusader Basketball
Tournament |
The 21st Annual Crusader Invitational Basketball Tournament is
scheduled to begin on
Friday, March 19, 2010, and runs through Sunday, March 21, 2010. The tournament
will
once again be held on the campus of Idaho State University in Reed Gymnasium and
will
not conflict with any Big Sky Conference play. Play will start on Friday at 4:00
pm. The
tournament will be limited to 16 Boys/Coed Senior Division Teams, 16 Girls
Senior Division
Teams and 8 (4 boys/coed & 4 girls) Junior Division Teams. Each team is
guaranteed four (4)
games of play. To review our tournament structure, participants must be in the
4th , 5th , or 6th
grade attending a Catholic School, or is an active member of a parish youth
program. In the
spirit of fair competition, please assemble teams from a single parish using
players that are
members of that parish. Based on popular demand, we will once again have a 4th
grade junior
division. The rest of the bracket will remain the same by combining 5th and 6th
grade teams.
More information will be available shortly on rules and tournament format, but
no major
changes are expected.
The fee for the tournament will be $250.00 per team (please
put the school name, coach,
and grade on the check) and mail with the registration form and waiver to:

Deadline for registration is 2/15/2010. Registered, is defined
as, all fees paid and a completed registration form. The number of teams in each
division is limited so please register as soon
as possible. Your team will be assigned a
number as your completed form and fees are posted. This will be done on a first
come, first serve basis and tie breakers will be determined by postmark date.
