Holy Spirit Catholic School 20th Annual Dinner/Auction “Let’s Groove Tonight”

Dig out those polyester shirts and platform shoes and join us on Saturday, January 30, 2010, for a fun evening of delicious food, fine wines and beer, and lively entertainment.  The dinner/auction will take place at Phil Meador’s Courtesy Ford on Yellowstone, beginning at 6:00pm concluding at midnight. 

We will open the evening with a silent auction, followed by a buffet dinner, and then the live auction. Corey Wight of the Sand Trap Restaurant will be catering, offering a variety of appetizers and a buffet including Pasta Primavera Lasagna, Chicken Kiev, Baked Garlic and Cheese Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans Almandine, Fresh Spinach Salad with cranberries and walnuts served with a light raspberry vinaigrette, and assorted Dinner Rolls. Holy Spirit School’s own Chef Rich will be creating dessert for the evening including delectable Boston Crème Pie and White Chocolate Fondue.  Following the live auction, you are invited to “groove” with a DJ provided by KORR. 

Tickets may be purchased at Holy Spirit Catholic School for $25.00 per person, or you can purchase tickets at the door for $30.00 per person.  For more information, please call 232-5763.  All proceeds benefit Holy Spirit Catholic School.
